3. Our products

We sell digital products only: downloadable e-books, guides, printable materials and digital resource packs, generally in PDF or other common file formats. No physical item is shipped. Each product page describes what is included, the format, the language and the price. We make every effort to describe our products accurately; small differences in design or layout between previews and the final files may occur.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown on each product page and at checkout, in the currency indicated there, before you confirm your order.
• Depending on your location, taxes may apply and will be shown at checkout when applicable.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (for example, Stripe). We do not receive or store your full card number.
• Your order is confirmed once the payment has been authorized. The charge may appear on your statement under a descriptor related to ClearPath or to the store name.
• We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect orders that have already been paid.

5. Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically to the email address you provide at checkout, usually within minutes of a successful payment. Full details are in our Refunds, Delivery & Cancellations Policy. You are responsible for entering a correct email address.

6. Refunds and cancellations

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on our digital products. The conditions and the process to request a refund or cancel an order are described in our Refunds, Delivery & Cancellations Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. License and permitted use

When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, view and print it for your own personal, family or classroom use. Unless the product page expressly states otherwise, you may not:

• resell, share, redistribute, publish or make the files available to third parties, in whole or in part;
• upload the files to public websites, file-sharing services or social networks;
• claim the content as your own or remove copyright notices.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our products — texts, illustrations, designs, logos and files — is owned by ClearPath Commerce & Digital LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Buying a product does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

9. Customer responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information at checkout, to use our website lawfully and not to attempt to interfere with its operation. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or that violate these terms; in that case any payment received will be refunded.

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
